Booking and Deposit Policy
· A deposit is required to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not received at least 48 hours before the appointment, your booking will not be confirmed.
· Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arrival and Punctuality
· Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation.
· If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly to avoid impacting the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.
Health and Safety
It is crucial to disclose any medical conditions or health issues prior to your appointment to ensure the treatment is safe for you. Conditions include, but are not limited to Surgeries, Allergies, Pregnancy, Heart conditions or pacemaker, Thrombosis, Transmittable diseases, Foot infections, Stroke, Cancer, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy, Epilepsy or seizures, Varicose veins, Kidney or liver conditions, Any other medical conditions not listed above. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, please contact us before booking. Under certain circumstances, treatments may be refused for your safety.
Unfortunately, services cannot be provided to cancer patients, pregnant women, or individuals who have undergone certain surgeries within a specific recovery period. For some conditions, we may require a doctor’s note before proceeding with treatment. Please note that there may be other medical conditions that could prevent you from receiving treatment. Inappropriate or Aggressive Behaviour
· Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual requests or gestures, will result in the immediate termination of your treatment. No refund will be issued, and you will lose the session with no possibility of booking again in the future.
· Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service.
Data Privacy
Your personal information, including your telephone number, email address, and health details, will be used solely for the purpose of providing the booked service, reviewing the service, and notifying you about promotions if you have signed up to receive them.
By booking, you consent to being contacted regarding your appointment or for information necessary to provide the treatment safely.
Liability
We are not liable for any issues arising from undisclosed health conditions or information not provided prior to the appointment. Please ensure that all relevant details are communicated during booking or on the day of your treatment.
Consultation and Treatment Time
A brief consultation is included in your treatment time to ensure the service meets your needs. Changing time is also included within the allocated treatment duration.
Payment
The remaining balance for your treatment must be paid via bank transfer until further payment options become available.
